OC? Absolutely not. I mean, you prob can get a very light OC going on it, but pushing the voltages is a no go.

sound like decent aio, check hwmonitor64 or hwinfo64 and check the package/ or max core temp. Task manager and speccy only shows average.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

There is no harm in increasing the overclock in small steps. Start with locking all cores to turbo speed and do a long test to see your max CPU test. Then you can increase the frequency in steps by 100-200mhz each time. I would excpect that the 120mm AIO is enough for a small overclock to 4,5-4,7ghz but after that you may need a bigger cooler.

Testing your temps in games only isn't really a great benchmark.

When I overclocked my 8600K I tested with Prime95 for 8h and Realbench 4h. 

You dont really need to test for that long if you only want to check your temps but you need something that pushes you CPU to its limit.

check the package temp from hw monitor. and you can overclokc as far as your cpu stays under 85c under load

Good ?

At what speed are you running your CPU atm ?

With those temps you should be able to increase your frequency quite a lot without problems.

Anything below 80-85C is fine.
