Cannot fix it, apparently. Gonna RMA. Do you know anything I can try? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, bios updates and so on...

Going from a 1080ti to a 2060 Super would be a big oof. The RTX 2080 is about the equivalent performance of the 1080ti.

I later found out that I do not need that much power. I do not play a lot of e-sports titles. Mostly, story driven games at 1080p so I am OK. Occasionally, I may game at 1440p.
