Depends on how much voltage you need for that CPU.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

If you're going B365, the 9400F is a better pick. The all core turbo is a mere 400MHz slower and it is usually $50 cheaper or more.

If you're using nvenc the CPU won't factor in for streaming

 

overall I think the 2700x is a better buy anyways, or the 3600 suggested above, because the motherboard lets you upgrade a lot more

where i live rn the 2700x is going for 210$ cad and the ryzen 5 3600 is going for 285 cad plus 30$ more for that mobo.

You will get higher FPS with the 3600.
