So I want to overclock and have been told to use the program Prime95, thing is I don't know where to download it SAFELY from. If I could get a link to the secure site to download it from I would be greatly appreciative.

Do you know which one of the tests I run when done overclocking?

I think there's cone called SmallFFT's or something like that. Pushes the CPU, lotsa heat, minimal RAM testing.
