Titan X Maxwell - Time to upgrade?

So I've got a Titan X Maxwell, which is great because it was free and it was a huge upgrade over my GTX 670. However, I think it may be time to upgrade. It runs very hot and is a blower style card. 

 

Where should I go with it?

Depends on the game... I'd just repaste the card and focus on the CPU.

Probably upgrading to a 3700x/3900x.

 

Just wondering if upgrading the GPU is a good idea and what would be a pretty good upgrade over it.

 

Preferably something with NVENC, as I stream.

Titan XM is inline with the 1660ti, so I recommend choosing between the 2060 Super, 2070 and 2070 Super.

2070S if you ask me, last longer than 2060s

No real "budget."  If I can sell the titan, then it'll be anywhere from 600-800.
