Hello guys, I'm about to delid my 9900k in order to decrease temps, but I'm still in doubt. Any suggestions?

you cant... its Soldered....

Well, technically you can, but the chances of damaging the chip are extremely high.

The 9900K is soldered to the IHS. Much more of a pain to delid and much higher chance of damaging the CPU. Really not worth it in my opinion.
There's a bunch of videos from Gamers Nexus and Der8auer that look at delidding the 9900K and whether or not it is worth it. If you haven't watched those already I would recommend doing so.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

It's like a 9-7C gain, not really worth it.

You can however sell it before it loses it's value and get a 3900X 12 core or something...

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Short answer is no. Since it's soldered, it will be a pain to delid it (and also very risky), and you won't notice a temperature improvement unless you use liquid metal.

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

I would not recommend de-lidding a CPU yourself.

Regardless of the CPU, the STIM is often the only thing keeping the CPU from being destroyed immediately from an improperly mounted cooling system.
