Need help on windows 11 keys

Im building a pc for my friend and I made sure that every part is compatible and i know how to assemble it , but I dont know what to to with windows 11. I know how to install it but Im not sure about the activation key. The key from microsoft is around 100 euro that is way over budget , thats why Ive been looking on cheap keys from different sites that have retail keys and oem keys for 10 euro. Should i buy from those sites(or are they scams) and will the pc run windows normally and please explain difference between oem and retail , Im lost!

The Windows 10 Retail license can be transferred to another PC while the Windows 10 OEM license cannot, because it is already locked to one PC. If you replace the motherboard in your PC, the Windows 10 OEM will not work. As for the Windows 10 Retail license, it will not be affected by any hardware replacement.

I'm obligated to say buy a Legit key, however, you are free to gamble with grey market keys.
