Hmm, this is either because of the summer or it has to do with background software.

 

How long have you had your system and what have you git installed (also what is your room temperature)?

 

Download Core Temp to see the temperature of your CPU cores, and you can also download GPU-Z for the GPU temperature (although, you should have that in the Performance tab of Task Manager too).

Yea, but I like to recommend Core Temp in these cases, because it only shows the temperature, just in case the OP is less tech savvy (which I am not saying is the case here).

does it show GPU? the HwMonitor isn't that complicated it just shows little more vitals

i installed MSI afterburner and get 70 to 80 degrees of temperature at 70 fps, and I kinda regret getting a 1440p a lil bit even tho i got a 3080 because I missed the way everything was more fluid now it just feel so sluggish when playing and this 1440p shit is making my fans loud asf

Well yea, looks like you are running at 70FPS, which is lower than 200 you said above, it should be expected that it would feel a little worse than 1080p. Try disabling anti-aliasing.

yeah i mispelled there, meant to say 200 fps, but i think i give up ill just stop plaiyng video games now.
