My pc does not work?

Help my system unit is broken and I don't know how to fix it nor know the main reason why is it broken.

 

My pc straight up does not boot. also my keyboard and mouse does not turn on.

Only the fans and their lights are working. However, whenever I plug my mouse the scanner lights up for a sec and back to not working.

 

Before this I played games and then updated the windows driver and intel graphics, mandatory restart, then the next day It doesn't turn on.

 

I have tried changing psu, Reconnecting all ports, cmos reset, RAM reseat/clean.

I also tried using my old mobo/procie and still not boot/(only the fans are working)/(peripherals does not work)

 

Please help I really need this pc to do school and work stuffs
