I'm guessing you meant MB520?

The H45 would probably be the best performer. https://www.vedantcomputers.com/products/cpu-cooler/corsair-hydro-series-h45

Check with the seller to make sure it's updated with the AM4 mounting hardware or you can get it from Corsair.

If they don't, there's another listing on Amazon from Corsair that's likely to have updated mounted hardware: https://www.amazon.in/Corsair-Cooling-Hydro-H45-Black/dp/B01FSMWFQG/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=corsair+h45&qid=1571755585&s=computers&sr=1-3#customerReviews

So here's my question what would be the best cooling option for Ryzen 5 3600, I'm planning to buy one of these but I can't choose as these costs sub 5000₹ (70-80$). I live in India where the weather is quite extreme summers 40°c - 45°c are way to hot winter ~20°c and not everyone in India can afford a A/C unit. I'm using my PC for approx more than 15hrs a day gaming and streaming. What would be the best of me Air or AIO. Edit (Those are not my PC temps)

Go air, good enough for a 3600 and less to go wrong.

Ok but in summer my room gets pretty hot ~40°c so will it be reliable

Maybe not, but a hot room will effect a water cooler in the same way.

In both cases you are exchanging heat with the air.  The air cooler uses heat pipes to get the heat from cpu to the heatsink fins. A water cooler uses pumped water to move heat from the cpu to the radiator fins. They are fundamentally the same process.

The only real difference is total thermal conductivity of the system and its heat capacity.  Conductivity (along with cpu power output and air temp) effects where the system reaches equilibrium. Capacity effects how fast or slow it takes to get to equilibrium.  In general air coolers have better conductivity and water coolers have higher capacity (assuming they are in similar price classes and are both properly engineered).

So in short, an air cooler will achieve a cooler temperature and a water cooler will take longer to heat up and cool down.

Personally I'd take the air cooler.

Both images are of coolers that don't particularly perform well for the pricing due to priority on aesthetics.

If you would like cooling recommendations, tell us what case and ram you're using.

Can you link us to where you're shopping?

I'm using

Case - Cooler master masterbox mb250

Ram - gskill Sniper X

mdcomputers.in

primeabgb.com

Amazon.in

Vedantcomputers.com

There the sites which are most popular in India for PC components
