Clean Water Cooling Reservoir

I've this Thermaltake Pacifier Pump, but before cleaning it I'm confused whether I should run solution through it or it can be opened? This is my first time please help me out here!

not really sure what you are asking but there is no problem with just opening the reservoir for a clean

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

hey Bananasplit (cool name btw) all im asking is if i can run water though it or i can open it up clean. But since you said it fine to open up i guess thats waht I'll do.

you should always clean watercooling parts before assembly, dosnt matter if they are new or used.
