The load of my GPU was < 30%, but on the second test it was at 90%+ most of the benchmark

Temperatures stayed under 85 C for both CPU + GPU

GPU ran at the OC value set in MSI Afterburner

MSI Afterburner Settings (Tested properly in increments)

I decided to hash out the money and buy a new motherboard incase my previous power supply messed it up in any way. Ill get back in a couple days

What is your temp and power limit? Your GPU might be throttling down to keep it in the limit.
