Camera for Professional Clinical Supervision

Hi all! 

 

I'm looking for a budget-oriented camera that will fulfill my needs to record mock clinical trials with clients (so nothing that will auto-publish to youtube, etc). I have the LG G5 Friends 360 Cam in mind (so my supervisor can get a better view of students and practice clients. Anyone have better ideas? I do have a point and shoot, but it is a little older and the video isn't that great. 

 

I do intend on using my blue yeti and laptop throughout, so anything that can compliment that setup would be much appreciated.

 

And just in case this questions pops-up: we *cannot* use our phone due to ethical concerns and such.

I would suggest buying a used Sony nex-5 or 6 series camera if you can deal with 30 min limit and if its going to be used in AC.  if you need longer record time then getting something like a used or previous model Go-pro/action cam.

what about the original gear 360? small unobtrusive and 360.

In many Country its highly illegal to Record inside a Clinic. Maybe some GDPR Stuff come in Mind.

 

Why not use a Hand Cam?
