why is your last ip different 

I don't know, don't have a clue about internet speeds and stuff just noticing it's being really slow last couple of weeks.

@JordanTheSperm Which ISP are you with and which plan are you paying for? Because it looks like you are being throttled mostly at peak times (late afternoon) which a lot of ISP in UK do. Also do you have any results for different times apart from late afternoon and more of morning or late night (past noon) it would help to see if it is the peak times limit for sure.

EDIT: Also are the tests done on a wired or wireless connection? If wireless what is your aprox. distance from the modem?
