You can open a ticket with Corsair support at https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us. I've had some pretty poor communications with Corsair through their online ticketing system, however. I've had tickets go unanswered for days and even weeks. You will get your issue resolved significantly faster if you just sit on hold and wait for a representative. I've found the best time to call is around 2PM EST, wait times are around 25-35 minutes.

Ive waited significantly longer than that with other companies at times. It comes down to the size of the support team and the volume of calls

Kids... Half a hour is short wait. Besides, what do you mean by something still needing to come? From Corsair store or from warranty support?

Just want to clarify, are you reaching out regarding a webstore order or a technical inquiry?

Calling in will be the quickest method to reaching out to our customer and technical support teams.  1 888-222-4346 is the number for our customer service department, in case you are contacting us through a different one.  Wait times will fluctuate depending on incoming call volume, and the overall length of the calls received.

God help you if you ever have to call Gigabyte.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

We do offer a toll free number over Skype for international callers.  The number is 1 888-222-4346 if you want to give that one a try.
