Why is no manufacturer making mobos with black io shields? It would look better.

You just bought a a320 motherboard (cheapest of the cheap) instead of a b350 one.

Some actually still do...also, Asus P5Q Deluxe and Asus Z97 Sabertooth MKII have them.

Pretty much most if not all budget boards don't use them, while higher end and a substantial amount of gaming boards do.

As said, this has been premium feature for few years now. I think even my mobo has that kind of IO Shield, but if not, I've built with such 5 years ago. But more than painting it black, I appreciate when they started padding those things. Less cut fingers.

If prices in my country were half decent(r5 2400g costs like $160) i would have bought the b450 version. I was just curious about the question, not complaining.

as said spray paint is pretty cheap. though a lot of the higher end boards now have an integrated IO shield that is often black with the mobo maker's logo on it and before logn (if not already done) I am sure we will see integrated RGB and vents to aid airflow from fans on the  VRMs (seriously though mobo manufacturers stary doing the fan part... and maybe the rgb part
