1070 ti + i5-7600k

Will 1070ti bottleneck with i5-7600k? I'll play at 1440p res

Depends on the game. Lots of newer stuff wants 6 cores or more, but playing at 1440p is nicer to the CPU so it won't be as bad there, and in any older titles you'll be fine.

I'll play older titles, so buying 1070 ti is good choice?

Hell yeah, if it's a good price. The 2060 Super and RX5700 are as fast/faster, if it's cheaper than those it's a solid buy. OCed they're about on a level with an FE 1080. You can always just upgrade the CPU later if you're not getting the performance you want, but in anything around... 2016/2017 or older, and any non-AAA games you should be fine with a quad.
