.. im trying to squeeze in the ssd and i found something that is less than $30. Basically im asking is.. is adata su800 good or not?  also if you see anything wrong with my monitor or power supply feel free to talk about that as well.. thanks for your time

Do you need the 1TB of storage?  I ask, because if you combine your storage prices you can get into a 500GB SSD.

The SU800 is a fine drive. If you really wanted to, you could push your budget down even further with an Inland 120GB SSD from Micro Center or Amazon for $20. It's actually a decent drive for the money and uses Toshiba NAND. If you're really trying to push your budget down, lose the RGB RAM in favor of Ripjaws V that uses the same ICs for almost $40 less.

Thats a relatively good idea, the thing is i play a ton of games so i dont know how much 500 will last me for, like 10 large games maybe?

Probably.  How many games do you play in rotation?  You don't have to keep ALL of the games in your library active all the time.

 

I mean, if you do... then you'll pay for the storage space I guess.  You have a budget.  Speed or space, you choose.

im gonna go with the 2nd gen ryzen to save money while being an idiot and paying $400 for a 1070ti to make up the difference of what couldve been a ryzen 3rd gen build.

You are probably getting mixed up with another manufacturer as Crucial have never been shit.

 

An M.2 SSD is just the form factor. Also NVMe makes little difference in day to day usage over SATA.

yeah because paying $200 extra over a used 1070 for a whopping 15% performance boost is worth it and lets not forget the fact RTX 2060 also beats it for $400

Stretch to get 3600 from AMD too. Will last much longer. I'll even accept the monitor although something 1440p would've been nicer.
