Printer only prints 1/10th of a page?

Hello everyone

 

I am trying to print some of my photography off as I am going to an event and would like to get it signed

 

However it stops printing around 1/10th of the way across and i dont know why.

 

I have tried reducing the size of the image to around 1.44mb (was 23.6mb) and it still stops at the same place.

 

Do you have any tips?

 

Printer is a hp 5544 and i am trying to print from the windows picture viewer, selecting glossy photo paper as an option.

 

I hate printers lol

Try printing from a image editing program.

Check your printer settings in the printer properties page to see if you can reset it back to defaults.

I have the old version of Lightroom, I will give that a go. I only have a few sheets that's my issue as a friend gave them to me lol

Any imaging program should do, in the print section for light room, there  should also be a way to access the print properties, but first just print and see if that works.
