Budget ALL BLACK fans 120/140mm

Rxd

Also opinion on the Fractal Design Dynamic X2 GP-12 if possible since I am getting the Meshify C and they are coming with it. Thank you in advance.

Edit: 15$ per fan max.

I have the meshify c and rocked the 2 included fans for a while. They were semi crap, i mean they "worked", but they just didnt push that much air. So if you can maybe invest in some half decent fans, if not then they can get the job done.

I just bought the artic f12s for my build and I adore them but they mainly come in white except for one model which is moreso gray (I got mine in a 5 pack but the pack is only in white) https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F14-PWM-PWM-Signal-Configuration/dp/B01J52OYMS/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=artic%2Bf14&qid=1565038782&s=gateway&sr=8-1&th=1

Their pressure optimized ones are full black if you are using them for a radiator/heatsink

@Schnoz Thanks but the P series are more meant for coolers and radiators but thanks anyway.

Update I found out a place that has F12 PWM PST CO and F14 PWM PST CO which will be perfect and I will pick them. Anyway if anyone can say anything about those it would be greatly appreciated just to be sure.

Definitely agree with the f12's, had them in my first build and they were amazing for the price.

Arctic P12's 5 pack is the best bang for buck ($28 shipped for 5 fans with decent SP) imho

Rosewill value packs also come in all black with black cables as well but performance isn't the same as Arctics.

I run 8x Arctic P12's in my Ryzen Rig 2, its silent at my feet (all used for radiators).  I have 2 set as intake on my Ryzen Rig 1 - without a radiator SLIGHT noise at full speed.

@Tristerin The p series has "focused airflow" as they state so they are more meant for coolers,etc. https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/p12.html you can check it here. From what I found out each P model is the same quality as it's respective F model, just with different fins design.

I understand Static Pressure - I highly prefer them over non SP fans for each use case.  As intake they push air directly back to the GPU, much better than a standard AF fan.  And as noted by the static pressure indicator they are great with radiators.  And for someone on a budget they outperform every other fan in this bracket, at least from my testing and the box of about 40 120mm fans I don't use from finding out which fans are meant for me and my personal build.

All in all the P12's are phenomenal fans for all use cases and I absolutely recommend them.

BTW I also use Arctic F8's in a Microtower water cooling loop - the F series performs solidly as push pull with radiators as well, however the F series does not come with black cables, only ketchup and mustard colors.
