Cooling a Ryzen 3950X or 3900X CLC

So there is no real test info on actual heat output. While I am not a PC noob I have always steered away from liquid cooling. Well this next rig I am doing it! I was always worried about  the the maintenance, and it looked like more work than I wanted to put into it. I was looking for an above average CLC/AIO and I found the Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme and thought that might be a good option. A few people were quick to tell me about past Alphacool pump failures. I really like the Phanteks Distro block they showed at Computex but for that I would want hard tube PETG or Acrylic. While i think it would be easy to lay out a system with that, the tube bending for the uninitiated looks like a daunting task. I thought about using elbows and only straight sections but that does not look as good. I Don't want a Corsair product, but I really like that 5 year warranty vs 2. I really would like a 280 or 360 radiator. Looking to get my feet wet (Pun intended but not literally) I would start with Just CPU and add a GPU Block later maybe... Sorry for jumping around so much. I plan on using a Fractal R6 TG White. I know its not the best but it has above average filtration and that is very important to me in my  use case. I wish I could take my build to a expert have them help me do the bends and installation. I am quite comfortable with building the system and wire management.

So summary

1. Which CLC do you recommend?

2. Why do you like that model?

3. Should I bite the bullet and buy a EK Performance Kit but $600.00 bucks that's gonna sting!

4. Thank you for your help in advance!

5. To early yet but I was leaning towards a ASUS X570 Prime Pro (White Board) 32 gigs of QVL Ram Dominator or Gskill a 970 Pro (Hope they launch a (980 series) a second NVME EVO for steam A RTX Super card Not sure on which 1. any thoughts on this setup? Already purchased Seasonic Prime Titanium 850 PSU.

6. Again thanks for any help !

Why are you talking about a 3950x when its 3 and half months away.  Don't worry about the cooling sheez, worry about when it will be out and what model you can afford and putting the PC together.  All AIO are noisey pump joke.  Get the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 ..  It makes 0 sound at default fan speeds.  Im going through my 4th AIO with Corsair within a year.  Pump failure and weird pump issues.  All this coupled with the fact the pump sounds louder then all my fans combined.  Get the DRP 4 and don't look back.  My old man just put a 9900k together with the DRP 4 and immediately we went to BIOS to see temps and CPU was sitting at 30c with the fans spinning really slow.  You can get the same overclock with a AIO or a DRP 4.  Just matters your preference do you want a pump that sounds like sh*T or you want a HSF DRP 4 which makes no noise and cools the same.

You're one to talk my friend

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Well I mean no it doesn't make a over powering noise,, I cant hear it during the day,, unless you go close put my ear.. and I hear the buzzing when set to balanced but set to full pump speed the noise goes away.
