I Have a Laptop here, also willing to buy an Lenovo ThinkPad L430 24663FU 14 LED Notebook - Intel - Core i5 i5-3320M 2.6GHz

 

Is HP Notebook 14-CK0024TX 15.6 ( Intel - Core i3 i3-7020U ) Better than Lenovo ThinkPad L430 24663FU 14 LED Notebook - Intel - Core i5 i5-3320M? and Why?

Go with the HP laptop. It will have way better battery life with the newer CPU.

they're similar. 3320M runs higher frequency under a higher power draw, 7020U has better IPC so it gets more out of each clock cycle.

Lenovo used Laptop costly $100 bucks and i should tried to use an External GPU on it

well unless you end-up with a 'silicon lottery' with the i3, but that is rare with newer gen chips.

No it's so bad you shouldn't even try gaming on it.

so okay? but which of them is better in editing video ( 740p ). also i tried to upgrade RAM on HP, yet the GTA V works, idk on Lenovo since i should buy it soon

HP laptops (not HP Spectre, not HP Pavilion, just HP laptop)... i know a lot of people with them and just looking at them make me not recommend them.
