What ram speed?

Link doesn't work. You can make a screen dump by pressing win + shift + s and simply paste to post by ctrl + v.

  1. Update BIOS.
  2. Manually set CPU voltage.
  3. Set RAM to work at non XMP values.

Then boot into windows

from there, if it’s not stable,

  1. run memory test from a USB flash drive

from there

  1. try update chipset and GPU drivers

if still not stable, reinstall the OS, again. Use the media creation tool via the Microsoft website and maybe even the micro win tool that Christ Titus winutil can create on another machine.

Thank you for your replies.

I am already on the latest ver. of BIOS - released just a few days ago.

Memory are running XMP profile: 7200MT/s CL 34.

CPU Power Limits are set to  PL1: 125W and PL2: 253W

Fast Boot Disabled

MSI Fast Boot Disabled.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffff8600e9449a00, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000000000000ff, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80662e6b9ed, address which referenced memory

I also noticed a strange behaviour before the BSOD occured.

I just turned on the PC (yes, I keep it shut down overnight) and I looked at tray icons and not all of the usual ones appeared, for example I have the Nvidia, Intel Driver Support Assistant and Razer Synapse enabled at startup and they all show up on the tray icon on the taskbar, but this time I only had two, the nvidia and I forgot which was the second one. Then I launched Spotify and that was the moment it freezes for 2 sec and BSOD appeared.

My first suspect is the Windows OS or one of the Drivers. I don't think the Memory or other HW component is at fault here.

BTW I did run a memory test for 3 hours a few weeks ago and the AIDA Extreme Memory test and It passed them both. I know that DDR5 is the usual suspect for many cases but I think mine are fine.

Debugging from just one dump file can be inaccurate, I prefer having 4-5. This one was just a generic memory error. Memory doesn't have to mean RAM, but it's usually the main suspect. Windows puts low priority data from RAM into the page file and loads it back in when needed so storage can look like memory (And memory can look like storage). The memory controller is in the CPU and if this fails it will just look like memory.

The highest officially supported memory speed by Intel is 5600MT/s. Try this or speed or stock 4800 and see if it still crashes. If it still crashes, test the RAM by using it normally with one stick at a time. I've seen memory testers miss faulty RAM too often with DDR4 and newer to trust them.

Thank you!

I will definetly try the lower speed of 5600MT/s.

So I just run Karhu RAM Test and after 2min and 50 seconds an error showed up. What do I do now ?
