2670qm hiting 100°C,time for new thermal paste?

I have this laptop Toshiba L750-1N3 with 2670QM CPU in it.

I bought it back in 2012,and since then I really haven't turned it on more then 50x because overheating and it was my spare laptop.

It's summer here and I noticed that while playing basic youtube video CPU temp hits 100°C

Is it time to take to to local service to apply new thermal paste?

I really don't see any dust over cooler on the laptop,and the laptop was in a box whole these years.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

You can do it yourself, and won't get charged with service fees.
