20 GB at 1330 Mhz or 16 at 1600

So I have 4 ddr3 ram sticks, 3 at 1600 mhz, 16 gb and a fourth of 4 gb at 1330. I use my pc for gaming and a lot of work in adobe apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects. Do you think I'm better with the 4th stick or without?

Just try to do what you'd usually do on your computer with the 16GB you have. If you run into a RAM limit, then put the 4th in and try to run it at 1600Mhz as well. If that doesn't work, run all at 1330.

you mean 12 GB and 16 GB? because 4*3 = 12 and 4*4 = 16? Or do you have 1600 mhz  for 2 4GB and 1 8GB?
