I need a opinion from someone well versed in pcs

Cruz1

Don't know this is the right topic but I want to build my first pc on a budget so I went on pc part picker and made this

I wanted to pick only things that need so I didn't get an optical drive any software or external storage or maybe I do need external storage also I have a monitor

Post this in New Builds and Planning, folks will see it more.

Also put your monitor resolution and what you want to do with the PC, and max budget.  USA I assume?

If you can wait and don't need the PC right now, you can probably snag the new Ryzen 3000 series or the 2000 series for cheap.

Good one, cos the new Ryzens are going on sale on 7th July. Watch out for deals on old Ryzen 2600/2600X as people get rid of their old CPU or retailers clearing old stock.

This would be a nice build with some good upgrades on both the CPU and GPU. The 9400F is loud, so I added a cooler.

Not knowing the budget, this g-sync compatible monitor would be a great choice:
