Will this m.2 work with my motherboard and is it good?

I am looking to put this M.2 SSD https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GCLLKDC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_17?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 into this motherboard https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16813145089?Item=N82E16813145089 

First, will it work in the motherboard? I see that the connector on it has 1 short row of pins and 1 long one, but ive seen that other m.2 drives have 2 short rows of pins on the sides, and 1 long row in the middle. (see picture) 

Second, is it good ssd? I am interested in this cause its on sale, and it is faster that the one I was originally going to buy

It will fit in your motherboard. And it's a good SSD.
