No. You don't need 64 bit Windows (Hell, you'd be just fine with XP) and you definitely need more RAM and a better CPU. (GPU isn't that great either.) Also, what's with the $75 motherboard? The one I got for my P4 system years ago was $15 used. (Used it up until the end of 2012 and it still works fine.)

That HD 6450 is about as good as a GTX 560ti.

Because they both have 1gb of vRAM.

No.... It wont even start Crysis, Lol it even wont start windows, since Win7 uses up to 1-2 Gb ram what i know....
