If you drop in a videocard like a GTX 1650 (assuming the PSU is not that good) or RX 570 (assuming it has a better PSU), sure.

But at the moment the videocard (which is an integrated GPU in the i5 CPU) will hold back gaming performance.

Getting an SSD to replace the HDD would also be preferable.

around 10? 20 ? 30? all in full low

30fps maybe, at low.

Getting a good GPU in there (like a GTX 1650) would probably raise that to 60fps high/ultra, or 60fps medium on AAA games

It's just lacking a GPU, which you could even get a second hand 7950 or R9 280X or similar for around 80 USD and get a good gaming experience.

WIthout a GPU, 30-40 fps on Low is achievable. With a GPU added, that fps would go up to 50-60fps on High.

Of course you need a decent PSU for that GPU.

CPU might be fine, and if its K-SKU, you he could OC it. Or with minor upgrade get i7. Ivy i7s are still base of many gaming PCs.

Hi my friend just founded his old pc and he was looking can it run fortnite

It can run Fortnite just fine provided you spend around $40.00 - $70.00 on a used GPU.

other new games

Depends on the titles of the games. It will run a lot of indie and low graphic demanding titles but once you start getting into mid and high graphic demanding titles, you're gonna have to bump down the resolution to 900p or even 720p just to run them on low to medium settings. Without a GPU, it will at least run some indie games and old school titles. Some of which you can have more fun with than you would with more recent high graphic AAA titles.
