Bad Screen Scaling

Hello, I have a 2017 Razer Blade Stealth and it is making a lot of apps blurry some are blurry but barely noticeable while some you cant miss it. Also when I install an app all the text is blurry to the point you cant read it. Even when windows is asking if you trust this app it will be blurry. I dont know what to do It is not talked about anywhere online from what i can see. Have you tried turning off scaling i.e. setting it to 100% or something below the current 250%?

I noticed that certain scaling values cause everything to be blurry.

Have you tried 200%?

Then each 2x2 square of pixels would equal to 1 pixel, meaning that it shouldn't be that blurry.
