Bad Screen Scaling

Hello, I have a 2017 Razer Blade Stealth and it is making a lot of apps blurry some are blurry but barely noticeable while some you cant miss it. Also when I install an app all the text is blurry to the point you cant read it. Even when windows is asking if you trust this app it will be blurry. I dont know what to do It is not talked about anywhere online from what i can see.
