Vega 56 and rtx 2060

Is it me or is amd's vega 56 catching up to Nvidia's rtx 2060?

I'm doing some gpu tuning for a build a client requested, it feels like the vega 56 seem to have higher fps?

Best Value Build List

Budget 1080p System (RGB) https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7v2Lmq - (this build comes with two free games with the RX 570)

Depends on the title. The RTX 2060 is faster than the Vega 56.

The Vega 56 is slightly faster than the 1070 which is a but faster than the 1660ti.

The you have the RTX 2060 then 1080/vega64 and the RTX 2070.

Elaborate more? What you mean gpu tuning?
What game/software you tested? How you compare it?

Ugh, they are all in the same performance bracket anyway. Vega 56 might be faster, but then you can't get the blower cards which catches eyes at first with the lower price but are terribly cooled

I had a blower vega 56 then I sold it, it was screaming like a banshee or like my 4 year old cousin when she comes visiting. I sold it to a guy that was going to custom liquid cool it.

You guys are scaring me. I just ordered one of these (cheap price trap of course). Is it really that bad? I'm not planning on overclocking though, at least for now. If anything I'll just undervolt it or use the 150W BIOS.

If noise isn't a concern, you won't notice it, or your case fans etc. are already screaming banshees then I think you'll be fine

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600  Heatsink: ID-Cooling Frostflow X GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 Mini 6GB RAM: KLEVV Bolt 3600Mhz (2x8GB) Mobo: ASUS B550-F ROG Strix (Wifi)  Case: Fractal Design Meshify C PSU: Deepcool DQ-M-V2L

Ugh. I only hear my CPU fans sometimes when rendering a video. Well that sucks but I guess that's what you get for being cheap.
