For the first time Apple has fall behind Sony, Microsoft and Samsung in New Consumer Experience Survey from Forrester Research.

Amazon kept her place as the 1st in this survey, with a score of 91, and the only company that got excellent rating. Sony came in second with a rating of 83, while Microsoft and Samsung followed one point behind at 82. Apple only scored an 81. Although Apple falls behind its competition, her score still improved than that of it last time.

I'm surprised Sony, Samsung, and Microsoft have improved so much in just one year.

Sony in the 90s were pretty much the tech company to be. The 70s-90s were their peak years and they made so much money from exports that Japan surpassed the UK and France to be the 2nd richest country. Sony was famous for portable devices like the walkman which they invented and sold like hotcakes. But, behind the scenes, they were also producing some of the highest quality capacitors and tubes in the world.

After the late 90s, they just went downhill.. more and more. In my opinion, the only thing keeping them barely afloat is their Playstation division and their manufacturing lines.

Samsung basically took most of Sony's business, which was actually planned. Since Samsung went from a grocery to a tech company to protect the South Korean economy after the Korean War.
