I would just like to point out that OP joined 4 hours ago just for this, is I suppose from Czech Republic, and the seller on ebay is also new. Well played OP.

Ebay account is from earlier last year, but no sales or buying history.     Which actually makes sense if this whole thing was planned from way back then.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

After a bit of digging, sadly it turns out it's a ES 12 Core Xeon Gold from 2016. Because it has a stepping of 1 so it is almost impossible to use it on a normal motherboard. The seller's introduction of the CPU is completely wrong. It was once on Taobao with a price tag of 25600 CNY (~3700 USD).
