Faulty Gaming pc Brand new please help

Hi everyone, my brand new gaming pc isnt working after i just built it and there is no video out put and the EZ debug led indicators are showing red on both CPU and DRAM. My system specs are Ryzen 1500x GTX 1660Ti Msi Gaming Pro Carbon X370 Geil super luce rgb ram (16gb (2x8gb) @ 2400mhz) 500w cooler master power supply i have already tried reseating the cpu installing the ram into different slots cleared the cmos removed all unnecessary components please help :O

Make sure the display cable is plugged in to the back of the graphics card and not in to the back of the motherboard.

Is the 8pin CPU power connector plugged in (top left hand side of motherboard)?

hi yes the 8pin m/b connector is in correctly and the cable is in the back of the gpu as i already knew that teh ryzen x series cpus have no onboard graphics

what about the 4/8 pin CPU power ? or was that what you just checked?

do you think it is a faulty cpu or motherboard or just ram incompatability?

if its the cpu ot motherboard how would you tell the difference without having other components to test with?

Could be ram incompatibility or a dead cmos battery

Current main PC:

ok so i think its the ram personally so im gonna go get ryzen certified ram or what ever tomorrow aswell as a new cmos battery and ill post again tomorrow. so far bread boarding it yielded no change

does the x370 need a bios update to run the zen 2 chips i'd look into that frist..
