Hello,

I just purchased a new BenQ EW2775ZH, i set it up and turned in on it powered up however not picture displayed not even the BenQ logo however it was recognized by my computer and the sound work but no picture so i shined a torch on the screen and i could see picture so I am guessing there is an issue with the back light, is there a way to fix this?
