Which Sound Driver is the best?

Dolby Access, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Home Theatre V4, Nahimic 3, Soundblaster 720, Realtek HD Audio? Thank you ?

Ones I made bold are not exactly drivers, they are more like equalisers. Realtek HD Audio Control Panel also has some features but not as gimmicky as the bold ones.

and IMO more you rely on software to make music or sounds "better", worse it gets.

Get a decent sound card if you want better sound processing, if you dont want to, you might as well try those out. You got nothing to lose except time.

Sound cards in general are pretty bad. It's all software and crap. The DAC's and Amp's in there are almost no better than today's onboard.
