What should be my stream settings be?

okay so I am kinda stuck. i want to stream with the best quality but without lose too much gaming performance. I have an i7 7700k with a gtx 1050 Ti. 20 mbps connection. Steaming on twitch

well first off your pc will suffer quite a bit playing games and streaming at the same time, your have a quad core cpu and the 1050ti wont fare well to stream but you can still do it

each game taxes your cpu differently, try it out.

A 7700k is a 4 core 8 thread CPU. 4 physical cores + 4 virtual cores.

It was pretty much outlined already. 720p30. Encoding won't be issue, your CPU is more than enough. Keeping fps suitable for your gaming might be issue. For 720p30 good bitrate is 2200-2700kbps.
