Is an r5 2600 and rx 590 build any good? Will it hold up in the future?

Adumi

I only upgrade every 2-3 years so I was wondering if the above setup will give me good performance for years to come. My budget is 1000-1100 cad

you could build that type of computer with 32gb 3000mhz ram under 1000$ if you just looking at performance .

i built this computer for some one a while back 2400mhz ram and a rx 570

2-3 years and your asking yourself if it holds up for the future, you my man are overthinking to much…. Don't get rattled by all kinds of new releases, or prices dropping... Most tech is guaranteed for at least 5 years of official support. This is also recognized by software developers. Of course there are a couple of producers who "seem" to develop for the high end branch but even their products work fine on lesser/older hardware
