Monitor that best for eye ? need suggestion

XNet

Hello ,

I am looking for monitor that best for my eye , currently I use ASUS VN247H for almost 3 years .

Everytime I work with spreadsheet , or typing my work , do office work , I cannot work past than 30 minutes

my eyes feel very tired , yes , the text seems sharp enough , but , what make my eyes tired fast ?

I use this monitor for gaming too , like pubg , fortnite , starcraft II , I can use it for 1 hour before I feel tired

some of my friend suggest my to try to change the monitor

is this a good idea ? a solution ?

If I need , please suggest me a good monitor for daily use ,

I want a little bigger , 27" should be okay , and I can use it to play some games

For VN247H specs is : 1080p , 60hz monitor , TN panel 1ms .

My system specs is on my profile

thank you

Get f.lux and see if that would work. It helps decrease the blue light and might make it better for you

It removed most of the blue light which is the worst for your eye. The result is it starts to look resist orange but after you use it for awhile it will go away. I would also recommend you turn down the brightness of the monitor. Flux can help but you really want to decrease the overall brightness of the monitor if it's as bad as you describe. I know this happened to me with the first monitor I ever bought. Ended up having to turn the brightness down to eliminate the really bad eye strain I got. You should also make sure your surrounding as well lit as well. Looking at a monitor in a dark room can make eye strain worse. Spinach has alot of vitimans and minerals that can help with eye strain and has helped me as well.
