How to secure your Amazon orders to conceal them from others?

I'm just curious to know whether there's any method to secure/lock your amazon orders everytime you jump back to the orders section. I know Amazon itself hasn't provided this option yet so is there any other method to do so?

If you are talking about someone looking over your shoulder, you can archive the order.

But if you're talking about someone having access to your account, the can still find it by searching.

o0o it's different on the UK site. That makes me think it might not be there at all on the India site.

That option isn't available here. It might be UK/US-exclusive as @King Poet said.

Don't share your account and only log in when you need to?

There's the problem. You can't logout just because your brother or a close friend wants to take a quick look at your currently-logged-in account to find some product he/she might be interested in at that very moment or take it this way that you don't wanna refuse them to use your amazon app/website whatsoever. Like, there should be some privacy to "Orders" because it might generate poor judgements about your self and your lifestyle and you don't want that to happen, ryt ?

Does it not timeout after a while? I know that after about 5 mins, I have to log back in to look at the order page.

No, I think it's applicable to only the following scenario: when you're logged in and you're using the site (and that only occasionally happens to me). Other than that I didn't saw it prompting to login to see my orders.
