How The Heck Am I Missing 500 GB Of Space?

So, I was cleaning up my secondary hard drive when I noticed that the folders in said drive didn't add up to the space Windows claims is full on the hard drive. My question is, where the heck is my space? I opened TreeSize to try and find the offending folders and I found a couple folders that don't check out but I can't trace the problem any further. Any idea what I can do?

When sitting inside your hard drive, click on the View button at the top and check off Hidden Items. What do you see?

Check downloads, documents, cache, windows takes up space it doesn't record. Clear temp files

Nothing. Just a folder that said "temp download" but was completely empty. Even showed up as 0 bytes
