I don't know what Ultra FPS is, but it will be very, very high.

The RTX 2060 will be a good purchase for you. You can game at high details.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Buddy, GIVE ME A NUMBER. "Very Good" or "Ultra FPS" is not telling me what you expect from the solution.

Yes, if you want to play at 1080p then this is a good choice. The 2060 will last you well over 1 year if you are planning to stick to 1080p.

It will be a huge improvement over the 780.

It is a huge improvement. It is hard to say in numbers as not many people have had a chance to test the 2060 yet.

It would be a great upgrade. Though that cpu won’t handle that. Will depend on the game though.

I think the i7 is fine with a 2060. It's essentially 1080 performance. My heavily overclocked 980ti does fine with my 4770-non K, although sometimes moar cores would be nice

That's an F in the profile pic

And mine doesn’t. Which is the point. A 4770k isn’t gonna keep up with a 1080. Unless we assume they use 4K and hope.

But at that point a mid grade card shouldn’t be purchased.

@benjaminr

from the 780 to the 1080 by itself is close to a 2x gain. So a 780 to a 2060 should be around 180% (1.8x) faster performance.

So you should expect close to double the framerate in any game where you weren't running out of VRAM. In situations where the 780 was running out of VRAM, the 2060 will perform orders of magnitude better.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.
