New year new build ideas. Need help

Hey everybody happy new year.

Got a few ideas after selling my old system to a family member.

I can't decide between a matx build (below) or making a powerful machine but a small form factor rig.

Please feel free to make criticisms and alterations but follow the guidelines of a gaming rig with a black, silver, green or rgb colour scheme and my budget is around £1500 ish gbp.

Intel i5 8600k

Asus rog strix z390-e mobo

Corsair vengeance rgb Pro 16gb ram

Corsair h110i v2 cooler

Gtx 1070 or ti (haven't decided model)

Samsung 1tb ssd.

Corsair rm 850x psu

Phanteks evolv matx anthracite case

X3 Black corsair ml 140 fans.

Amd fx 8350,asus sabertooth R2,corsair c70,corsair h100i,palit gtx 580,corsair 8gb vengeance Ram,corsair txm 750.

Whyyyy are you using last gen parts? The 1070Ti is surpassed by the 2060, the 8600k by the 9600k.

That's quite a powerful PSU for a one card system, you can save quite a bit of money there.
