WD BLUE SSD won't read

i recently bought a wd blue sata ssd from my recent trip to the states and i just installed it to my pc and it won't read what should i do

 

 

update: i found it on device manger butwhen i check the file explorer it's not there

you need to right click, new simple volume, follow steps.

yup, thats exactly what I did and it detected my SSD.
