Facebook requesting to verify Instagram

Hi i need help for some reason today i got two sms to my phone one from Facebook and another from an unknown source to verify my instagram account but i havent made changes or register to any website/apps that uses either facebook & instagram info also i would like to know if u guys have receive the same notice since im skeptical about these sms that i have receive

Dont ever use those lmao just delete them

I would change your password and delete the messages could be scam, or someone trying very badly at taking your account

Usually the messages I get are from "banks". The worst part in your case is that they are trying to make you believe that Facebook would ask you to modify your Instagram account, which on its own makes no sense. Those hackers are ridiculous.
