I Completely Destroyed the Premiere Layout Pls Help

UPDATE: I deleted the layout folder in documents and restarted premiere. SAVED ME LIFE!

I was editing a video in Adobe Premiere and completely destroyed the layout. Does anyone know a way to reset it like deleting the saved file? Thanks. :)

There should be an adobe folder in your documents with the layouts in it.

window / workspace / reset workspace
