Issue with stripped case fan screw

Theminecraftaddict555
Go to solution Solved by Enderman,

Use pliers to grip the head and unscrew it.

During my installation of my new case fan, I was able to successfully screw in the 3 of the 4 case fan screws. The final one I accidentally stripped around halfway and won't come out now. Is there any way to get it out?

Drill with screw bit and hit reverse.

Always worked for me.

Just got it out gripping the screws tight with the end of the pliers and did what you said. Was able to replace that stripped screw with another one and successfully install it

Thanks for the help!
