Which laptop buy in Engineering student in india, so many Indian student not buy budget laptop buy laptop so, please me consider which laptop for best for engineering student range is 30000 to 40000 rs laptop.

Running MATLAB ,CMOS , python language , DVR download .dav file so fast with laptop
