Can't you just use a screenshot? Or even just list down the temps?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Jesus, a screenshot of a recording of a game running 720p?

No, not too high.

If you feel your temps are too high, cap your fps to your monitors refresh rate(75). Your monitor won't show more than 75 fps anyway. Any amount of frames over 75 is unnecessary power/usage from your parts. If the temps are still too high, then certain individual graphic settings are usually the culprit. Find out which one(graphics guides work wonders) and lower it a little.
